Product and delivery

Bazi Clarity provides personalized digital PDF reports inspired by BaZi 八字, Five Elements 五行, annual timing 流年, and Eastern symbolic self-reflection systems.

After payment, customers must submit the intake form with the required birth details and current focus area. The report is delivered by email within 24-72 hours after complete intake submission.

Refund policy

Each report is a custom digital product prepared from the information submitted by the customer. Once report preparation begins, the order is non-refundable.

If a report is not delivered within 72 hours after complete intake submission, the customer may request a refund by emailing [email protected].

If the customer submits incorrect birth information, they should contact support as soon as possible. Changes may be accepted before preparation begins, but are not guaranteed after work has started.

Privacy policy

We collect the information needed to prepare and deliver the report, including name or preferred name, email address, birth date, birth time if known, birth city, birth country, current focus areas, and optional questions submitted by the customer.

This information is used only to prepare and deliver the report, provide customer support, prevent order confusion, and maintain basic order records.

We do not sell personal information. Customers may request deletion of their intake information by emailing support. Payment information is processed by PayPal and is not stored by this website.
