Refund, privacy, delivery, and disclaimer

Product and delivery

Bazi Clarity provides personalized digital PDF reports inspired by BaZi 八字, Five Elements 五行, annual timing 流年, and Eastern symbolic self-reflection systems.

After payment, customers must submit the intake form with the required birth details and current focus area. The report is delivered by email within 72 hours after complete intake submission. The delivery window does not begin at payment if the intake is incomplete.

Refund policy

Each report is a custom digital product prepared from the information submitted by the customer. Once report preparation begins, the order is non-refundable.

If a report is not delivered within 72 hours after complete intake submission, the customer may request a refund by emailing [email protected].

If the customer submits incorrect birth information, they should contact support as soon as possible. Changes may be accepted before preparation begins, but are not guaranteed after work has started.

Privacy policy

We collect the information needed to prepare and deliver the report, including name or preferred name, email address, birth date, birth time if known, birth city, birth country, current focus areas, and optional questions submitted by the customer.

This information is used only to prepare and deliver the report, provide customer support, prevent order confusion, and maintain basic order records.

Bazi Clarity is the controller of information submitted for report preparation. Jotform processes intake submissions, PayPal processes payments, and Cloudflare may process limited security and traffic analytics data. These providers may process data outside your country under their own safeguards and policies. Full card or bank details are not stored by this website.

Intake details and delivered reports are retained only as long as reasonably needed to prepare the report, resolve support issues, and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of your submitted information by contacting support. Where applicable, you may also object to processing or complain to your local data-protection authority.

The Free BaZi Mini Reading uses Open-Meteo's geocoding service to resolve a selected city into a country, IANA time zone, latitude and longitude. The city search request contains the typed place name but does not require an email address.

After a reading is generated, the browser may cache the normalized input and calculated result locally for up to 24 hours so the same result can be restored in 3–5 seconds. Birth details are never placed in the public page URL. The “Clear My Data” control removes locally cached free-reading inputs and results immediately. Basic server and security logs may still be generated automatically when you visit the site.

This report is for cultural insight, self-reflection, planning reference, and personal journaling. It is not medical, legal, financial, psychological, investment, relationship, immigration, or professional advice.

The report does not guarantee any specific outcome, event, income result, relationship result, health result, or life change. Customers remain responsible for their own decisions and should consult qualified professionals for professional matters.

Advertising and service boundaries

Bazi Clarity does not provide curse removal, spell work, guaranteed wealth, guaranteed love, guaranteed reconciliation, medical diagnosis, treatment instructions, legal instructions, investment direction, or exact future prediction.

Any sample reading, free preview, or report excerpt is for demonstration and self-reflection only. A personalized paid report may differ based on the submitted birth details and focus area.
